Book here for your place on any of the 4 published dates for my SustFest22 events. They are each dependent on having a minimum of 4 people attending who each bring along one plant-based ingredient and we will all cobble together a few different veggie dishes. You will each take home a portion of everything made. Just bring your chosen ingredient and some lidded takeaway tubs to carry your food home. If the weather is pleasant enough, we may extend to using the garden patio for some outdoor cooking.
If you’re often left with sad looking vegetables or forgotten cupboard plant-based ingredients, bring one of them along and be inspired to make something new and delicious. Learn how to waste less, be more creative, keep fresh food for longer, use what others would throw away, eat well and save the planet while doing so.
