Perhaps you feel you would prefer more than just a one off class. I offer both 2 or 3 part courses which can be spread over as much or as little time as we can both manage! You can even share it with a friend. Alternatively, if you prefer a little and often approach for just yourself, the 4 part course of shorter sessions might suit you better.

NB: These classes can take place at your home or in my St Albans home kitchen.
